Restaurant Nimt
The hotel’s restaurant, Restaurant Nimt, is designed in a Nordic style with wood and brick and is surrounded by a wonderful, tranquil park environment. Large glass sections allow for pleasant lighting in the room and create a feeling of being one with nature. The restaurant, along with the adjoining lounge, can accommodate 200 dining guests. Breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinners are served here.
Breakfast
Every morning, a generous hotel breakfast is served as a buffet in the hotel’s restaurant, Nimt. The hotel breakfast consists of a large buffet with everything from homemade bread, homemade muesli, and smoothies to cold cuts and seasonal fruit. On the hot buffet, you will find bacon, meatballs, and homemade scrambled eggs – and last but not least – pancakes on the weekends! Yes, we dare say that it includes everything a perfect hotel breakfast should have.
We receive a lot of praise for our food and fresh breakfast buffet. As much as possible, our food is prepared from scratch with a strong commitment to high quality and local ingredients from the Bjäre Peninsula and Skåne, according to the season.
Lunch
For lunch, we serve food prepared from scratch for a great taste experience.
Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The daily lunch buffet and the weekly vegetarian dish are served with a large salad buffet, coffee, and cake for 145 SEK. We also sell lunch vouchers, 10 for 1300 SEK. Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. If you have any allergies, please ask the staff.
À la carte
All the food served in the restaurant is prepared with a strong commitment to high quality.
We select our suppliers and producers with great care and work closely with local producers who provide locally produced seasonal products. We place a high emphasis on sustainability and always strive to improve our use of resources. Together with our local suppliers, we keep transport distances short and support locally produced goods.
The kitchen is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and the restaurant closes at 11:00 pm.
